Mr. Roop is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 1991). He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Jennifer M. Babounakis
As a law student, Mrs. Babounakis served as both Chief Aide to Professor Nadine Strossen, the then President of the American Civil Liberties Union, and as an Associate Editor to the New York Law School Law Review.
Alex H. Xanttopoulos
Alexander H. Xanttopoulos joined ROOP XANTTOPOULOS BABOUNAKIS PLLC in the Fall 2010, to focus primarily on family law. He has experience in all areas of family law including cases involving divorce, child custody, support, visitation and equitable distribution.
